Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Pumpkin seeds

Harvested directly from the pumpkin pulp, these seeds are recognizable by their beautiful and bright green colour. They add an earthy flavour and crunchy texture to our muesli blend, along with tons of vitamins and minerals. These pumpkin seeds are especially rich in vitamin K, magnesium, iron and also antioxidants.

Date powder

With its naturally sweet taste, it's an excellent choice to replace refined sugar. In addition, date powder stands out for its high antioxidant content compared to other sugars.

Lucuma powder

This superfood nicknamed “the gold of the gods” by the Incas provides a great diversity of minerals and nutrients. In addition, its slightly sweet taste, reminiscent of butterscotch, and its low glycemic index make it an excellent alternative to refined sugar.

Cranberry seeds

The cranberry seeds are fiber-rich and colorful, with a radiant red hue. They are abundant in essential omegas (3, 6, and 9) and antioxidants.

    Great Convenience Product

    Yes you could make this yourself, but as a busy mom and teacher I never did. This product tastes great, makes zero mess and makes my life easier. Keeps me full all morning and I feel good eating it. Also helps me hit my protein goals without yet another smoothie. No excuses not to eat well when you have these around.

    I also really liked the cocoa hazelnut bar from my last order..delicious

    So good!

    Peaches is now my new favourite flavor.

    While I’m a huge fan of the banana cranberry and cocoa, peaches just took the lead.

    Adding the best Quebec maple syrup you can get to this takes things to a whole new level.

    Love it!
