    Energy up!

    I am noticed so many benefits in such a short time (2 weeks and counting). My digestion has improved (thanks to the additional fibre), I am not hungry for about 3-4 hours following (normally hungry every couple hours), and my mood and energy levels feel higher! Thank you Holos for making such a great product.

    Pleasantly surprised!

    I have now tried 3 flavours and I am quite impressed with both the flavours and the fact that I’m not hungry 2 hours after I eat. I’m glad I found this wonderful breakfast!

    Great Breakfast

    I am a new user of HOLOS overnight muesli. Every flavour I have tried so far has been great (especially the mocha). I added frozen strawberries to my Vanilla this morning and it was delicious. It's so easy to throw it in a jar and add plant milk the night before - the only thinking involved is what flavour to choose. As an athlete who trains most mornings early, I love the protein content. I would definitely recommend HOLOS!
