Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key plant-based protein, as effective as whey for muscle growth, with high digestibility. Sprouting and fermenting the rice and husk boost lysine and other amino acids, making its profile complete.

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

    Despite my reservations, this product is amazing!!

    Ordered a mixed pack box and chose my flavours. My first flavour did not go over well, and I thought “oh no, another earthy granola product”. Despite a less than stellar start, I soldiered on and I am so thankful I did. Every other flavour I have tried has been very delicious. Just a touch of sweetness and very filling. When I reached out to the company to share my experience, they responded with a thoughtful and helpful response and quickly refunded me for the packs in question. I will be a loyal customer of Holos. Thank you for your fabulous customer service and great product.
