Ingredients
- 1 pack of Mocha muesli
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Splash of milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut/seed butter (for cookie dough)
- 2 tbsp cashew butter (to freeze for cookie filling)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Freeze 2 tbsp of cashew butter (option to add a splash of maple syrup before freezing).
3. Once that's frozen, make your dough:

5. Add wet ingredients and mix to form cookie dough
6. Flatten dough, add frozen cashew butter to the middle and form a cookie ball. Top with chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 12-15 mins.
