This decadent bark blends hazelnuts, banana, Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, and chunks of HOLOS Cocoa + Hazelnut Bar, all drizzled over melted semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil. It’s indulgent, let’s be real, it’s a sugar hit, but with a nutritious twist—because you’ve earned a sweet reward!

Ingredients

2 HOLOS “Cocoa + Hazelnut” Organic Nutrition Bars chopped
1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate, melted with ½ tsp coconut oil/avocado oil
½ cups of hazelnuts
½ banana , chopped
4 Ferrero Rocher balls chopped
3-4 large spoons of Nutella

How to:

1. Melt your chocolate with oil in the microwave (stop when it is 90% melted, and then by mixing the chocolate the rest will melt)

2. Spread evenly over a lined baking sheetç

3. Add your toppings: chopped banana, hazelnuts, Cocoa + Hazelnut HOLOS bars, Ferrero Rocher, and drizzle with Nutella.

4. Set in fridge for 20 mins approx until hard

5. Break it up and enjoy! Store the leftovers in the fridge or freezer

Ingredients

2 HOLOS “Apple + Cinnamon” Organic Nutrition Bars, chopped

3-5 large spoons of caramel
½ green apple, chopped (mixed with lemon juice so it doesn’t brown)
5 tbsp pumpkin puree
½ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups of white chocolate chips
A pinch of salt

How to:

1. Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave (stop when it is 90% melted, and then by mixing the chocolate the rest will melt)

2. Spread evenly on a lined sheet pan

3. Mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice in a bowl and dollops to the chocolate

4. Add your toppings: chopped apple, pumpkin seeds, Apple + Cinnamon HOLOS bars, and drizzle with caramel.
