Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key provider of proteins in a plant-based diet because it is equally effective to whey protein at boosting lean muscle mass and it has high digestibility and assimilation properties. The unique process of sprouting and fermenting the rice (and its husk) results in a massive increase in lysine and other essential and non-essential amino acids that makes its profile complete.

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

There are trillions of bacteria in and on our bodies. Our probiotic strain, as many other strains, keeps in check the healthy balance of good and bad bacterias in your gut and thereby support our bodies’ ability to absorb nutrients and fight infection. Clove

Its name comes from the Latin word Clavus, which means nail, because this spice does indeed look like a nail. That said, make no mistake: cloves are the dried flower buds of the Syzygium aromaticum tree and are packed with bioactive compounds such as antioxidants. Finely ground, they bring a pungent, woody note to your palate.

Star anise

If there were a beauty contest in the world of spices, star anise would probably win gold. Star-shaped and a beautiful brown color, this spice has a sweet taste with a hint of black licorice. Long used in Asian cooking and Chinese medicine, star anise is simply amazing.

Cardamom

For millennia, spice traders have scoured mountainsides for the famous cardamom-producing shrub. Indeed, for years, cardamom has been one of the most expensive spices traded between villages. The ''Queen of Spices'' has a pungent, fruity, almost minty flavor and has many anti-inflammatory properties.

    Très bon

    J'adore les produits holos. Ils sont délicieux et j'en veut encore plus. J'avais peur de ne pas aimer ça, alors, j'ai commandé quelques sortes , et je suis ravie . Vraiment un must a chaque jour.

    Rapide et super bon!

    Quand tu ne sais pas quoi te faire pour déjeûner, que tu veux que ce soit rapide, bon et te donne le gaz nécessaire pour commencer la journée. Un Holos c'est parfait!
